These terms apply to the OFI Draft Tool app and this website. By installing or using the app you accept them.

What OFI Draft Tool is

A free draft assistant for League of Legends. It analyses champion select and shows statistics and explanations built from public game data. It is made by an independent developer and is not affiliated with Riot Games.

Using the app

• You may install and use the app for free, for your own play and your team's.
• Do not sell it, redistribute modified copies, or remove the notices it contains.
• You must also follow Riot Games' Terms of Service while you play. The app is built to respect Riot's developer policies: it does not read the game's memory, does not act for you, and its optional overlay only uses the game's official live data.

The information it shows

Statistics and recommendations are estimates from past games and from our champion database. They can be wrong or out of date, especially right after a patch. The app gives options; every pick, ban and build remains your decision.

Updates and availability

The app updates itself with versions signed by us; it never installs an update while you are in queue, in champion select or in a game. We may change features or stop the service at any time. If Riot Games limits our access to its API, the statistics stop updating.

Liability

The app and the website are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, including lost games or changes to your client settings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

OFI Draft Tool isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question, write to contact@ofidraft.com. If these terms change, the new version will be published here with its date.
